All products are custom-made based on the client’s order. Each item is crafted with detail and care, requiring 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the design, with longer times for bridal items. Due to the customized nature of our goods, the Business does not recognize the consumer’s right to withdraw, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 (Article 3ib, Section c), and thus does not accept returns or exchanges.
